FAQs

Morning Ritual is not therapy. These meditation sessions are intended to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being. It is not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric services.

Can I bring a friend?

Subscribers can bring a friend once a month for free!

I've never meditated before, is this for me?

Absolutely. This is for all levels of experience. The meditations are completely guided, I’ll lead you through visualizations, body scans, progressive relaxations, and breath work.

Anything I need to do before the session?

Come to the virtual session with a notebook or whatever you plan to do your journaling in. You also might want to light a candle or some incense to create a calming environment before getting started.

How does the subscription work?

From the day you sign up, your subscription will cover the next 8 classes (4 weeks). It will automatically renew but if you want to cancel you can email me directly at [email protected].

Can I keep my camera off?

Yes, absolutely. If you’re more comfortable staying off screen, you’re more than welcome to keep your camera off.
