15-minutes of guided meditation...
...followed by 15-minutes of guided journaling
Maybe you’ve always wanted a more consistent practice or maybe you want to meditate with a group of people. Or maybe you want to start journaling. A consistent schedule, easy access (virtual and low-cost) Morning Ritual helps hold you accountable to healthy habits without it feeling like a chore.
I’ve been wanting to get back into a regular meditation and journaling practice, and Lydia’s morning ritual sessions came into my life at the perfect time.

Morning Ritual is the best way to start a day. Lydia delivers compelling guided meditations and journal prompts that are relevant to today’s individual concerns and larger societal pressures. I consistently leave these sessions feeling open, more grounded, and with a quiet mind.

Morning Ritual's meditations have been so powerful and have moved me to tears several times. Everything about it is nourishing. The tone, words, environment – I appreciate the nuance in the meditations and how inclusive they are of what all people could be feeling.

Journaling and meditation are two practices shown to reduce stress and anxiety, foster self-awareness, help regulate our emotions, and aid us in processing life experiences. By beginning your day with just 15 minutes of each practice you can begin to cultivate a calmer mind and improved well-being.

Absolutely. This is for all levels of experience. The meditations are completely guided, I’ll lead you through visualizations, body scans, progressive relaxations, and breath work.
Come to the virtual session with a notebook or whatever you plan to do your journaling in. You also might want to light a candle or some incense to create a calming environment before getting started.
From the day you sign up, your subscription will cover the next 8 classes (4 weeks). It will automatically renew but if you want to cancel you can email me directly at [email protected].
